<p>As many of you know, two years ago we changed to a fully virtual Annual Shareholder Meeting format, in keeping with our role as a technology leader. Some of you will recall that the Q&amp;A portion of last year&rsquo;s meeting was cut short by a storm-driven power failure, but we think the odds of that happening twice in a row, coinciding with our annual meeting date and time, are pretty low. So looking forward to seeing you next week!</p>
<p>The virtual format comes with some new meeting registration procedures, so we&rsquo;ve posted a document that clearly spells out what you need to do to attend online. The press release went out this morning, and the document can be viewed <a href="http://www.interdigital.com/resources/uploads/downloads/VirtualMeetingAccessInformation.pdf">here</a>. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Please make sure you read it, and factor in some time on the day of the event to register correctly.&nbsp; Think of it the same way you&rsquo;d attend in person, where you&rsquo;d leave in plenty of time to make it in case of traffic and would factor in time to register at the desk. Online registration opens at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on June 14.&nbsp; The instructions are simple, and there are resources (including a toll-free number) available if you&rsquo;re having any issues. &nbsp;</p>
