The future of manufacturing industry highly depends on digital systems that convert existing production and monitoring systems to autonomous systems with stringent requirements in terms of availability, reliability, security, low latency, positioning with high-accuracy and so on. In order to provide such requirements, a private 5G network deployment is considered as a promising solution for factories of the future. In this paper, 5G-CLARITY project and its capabilities are presented. 5G-CLARITY is a 5G-PPP project that enables beyond 5G (B5G) private networks integrating 5G NR, Wi-Fi and LiFi systems, and develops novel management enablers to operate the B5G private networks. It is reported that the proposed 5GCLARITY architecture efficiently utilize all available networks in the private venue to achieve high throughput, increased positioning accuracy and fast slice provisioning time for wireless, transport and compute services.
