InterDigital’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014, starting at 11:00AM Eastern at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wilmington. Subject to space availability, all shareholders as of April 15, 2014, the record date for the meeting, are invited to attend. For any shareholders who are unable to attend the event in person, we will also be webcasting the proceedings for your convenience.
